Press Operation  Panels

NOTE The 

f gure below is for use with four Press  Modules

 

(Semi-Automatic).

Mode Select button 

1

This button is for selecting the Clamp manual mode (CL), Manual operation o f 

adsorption mode (MANU), the manual molding modiL(MOLD),  and Return to Origin 

mode (ORG). Each time the mode select button is pressed, the displayed item will 

change in the following order:

CL  ->  MANU  ->  MOLD  ->  ORG  -> CL,  and sbAn.

W hen a mode has been set, the selected nlodew ill berindicated by a display lamp.

2. 

Mode Select button 2

This button is for selecting the frame suction manual operation mode (ADS), film 

suction manual operation mode (FILM), FM manual operation mode (FM), or chase 

shutter manual operation mode.

Each time this button is pressed, the operation mode changes in sequence: ADS -> 

FILM  -» FM -»  SHUT...

W hile a mode is selected, the indicator lamp at the corresponding position is lit.

3. 

Emergency-Stop button

W hen an Emergency-Stop button is pressed, the power source will be turned off and 

the machine will stop immediately, regardless o f the machine condition. This button is 

press-lock type and is rotated in the direction o f the arrows in order to reset.
