DISASSEMBLY AND  RE-ASSEMBLY (IN  THE  CASE OF TRANSPORT)

LCM  1010  Instruction  Manus

5.3.7 

Removal of Resin  Handler Unit Timing  Belt

(1) 

M ove the Resin H andler Unit close to the Resin 

Module at the stopper.

(2) 

Detach the belt fitting from  the Resin Handler Unit. 

Before detaching the belt fitting, be sure to loosen 

the belt tension by using the tension bolt o f the 

pulley.

(3) 

Detach the fitting from  the tip o f the belt.

Pull the belt out through the pulley o f the first Press 

module and put it away at the low er side o f the rail 

o f the Resin M odule.
