LCM  1010  Instruction Manual

INSTALLATION

4.6.4 

Connection  of Temperature Controller Communication  Connector

(1) 

Open the safety cover o f the first Press module.

(2) 

Connect the communication cable from the FA computer o f the Resin Module 

to the communication connector (CN  1) o f the temperature controller o f the 

last Press module.

(3) 

When the additional Press modules have been installed, connect the 

communication cable from the communication connector (CN 2) o f the

temperature controller of,the last Press module to the communication

connector (CN  1) o f the temperature controller o f the front Press module.

Be sure to connect the temperature controllers  and communication connectors 

correctly.

Repeat the connecting procedure indicated above, and then, only for the  1st 

Press module, turn ON the terminating resistance setting switch (SW 2) in 

_  order to  activate the terminating resistance o f the communication  cable o f the 

temperature controller.

(4) 

After the cable connection o f each Press module is complete, close the safety 

cover.
