INSTALLATION

4.6.1

A  CAUTION

Power Source Connection

(1) 

Turn OFF the pow er switch o f  the m achine and take m easures  such as  an 

indication or warning m essage so that it m ay not be turned ON by mistake.

(2) 

Open the control box door o f the last Press module and rem ove the cover o f 

the relay term inal block.

(3) 

Connect the pow er cable from the M aster M odule (the previous M odule) to 

the relay term inal block o f the last Press module. Before connection, check 

L I, L2, L3, and PE for the-three-phase power.

When connecting the power cable to tlje terminals, tighten it to the

 

relay terminal block with enough torque. (M6:3.7N-m)

 

If tightening with torque is not sufficient, it may cause heating and I

 

or ignition.

 

NOTE 

Use a torque driver or an electric driver.

 

Do not use an impact driver.

(4) 

W hen the additional Press m odules (#2, 3, and 4) have been installed, repeat 

the process (2)  and (3)  indicated above.
