4.6 Module Connection Guidelines and Procedures
W hen the m achine is secured in place and the level adjustments are complete, carry out the
m odule connections according to the guidelines and procedures on the following pages.
A CAUTION
- Turn OFF the machine power switch and be sure to take measures
such as an indication or warning message so that the power is not
turned ON by mistake during module unit connection.
- Once the mechanical connection of the modules has been
completed, carry out the electrical connection.
- During connection/disconnection of the mddules, be sure to handle
connectors and cables with sufficient care and without force, so as
to avoid any damage or disconnection of wiring.
- Since there exists the possibility of equipment damage due to
incorrect connection of connectors during module connection, be
sure that sufficient check has been carried out before turning on
power.
- After having completed the module connection procedure, complete
confirmation of Press movement and heating of the mold, and then
carry out the normal work procedures.
- Module connection work must be performed in the provided work
area and the necessary tools. The engineers should have
comprehensive knowledge of work procedures and manuals.
