MANUAL OPERATION

LCM  1010  Instruction  Manual

7.3 

Press Cycle Auto

To execute the Press Cycle Auto mode, use the two-hand control device at the front o f the 

press module.  Semi-automatic molding mode is called “Cycle Auto”.

(1) 

Set the select button  1  on the press operation panel 

to “MOLD”.

NOTE

 

-If the shutter at' the rear of the press is

 

closed, the cycle auto is enabled even

 

while other presses are in operation

 

-Line auto inside cannot operate at the

 

cycle auto.

(2) 

Then, press the  [OPE]  and  [UP]  buttons 

simultaneously (within 0.5  second).

- The press moves to the home position.

NOTE 

If a substrate is not chucked, press cycle operation is

 

disabled.
