7 MANUAL OPERATION LCM 1010 Instruction Manual
7.2.1 Manual Upward and Downward Movement of Press
[Operating Procedure]
For safety, Press manual operation is performed only with both hands
simultaneously.
When the “Select button 1” is pressed and the clamp
(CL) is moved upward/downward, “CL” will be lit.
Use the “OPE” button and the “Up” or “Down”
button as follows.
a) For upward movement, press the “OPE”
button and the “Up” button simultaneously
(for 0.5 seconds or less). The clamp will
move upward.
b) For downward movement, press the
“OPE” button and the “Down” button
simultaneously (for 0.5 seconds or less).
The clamp will move downward.
- The alarm message “Press ORG OFF” is not be displayed.
- Press “ Servo” is ON.
- No clamp servo error has occurred.
- No other module is currently in automatic operation.
- Conditions for operation of clamp upward movement
- Below the set pressure. 4
- Conditions for operation of clamp downward moveriient
- The FM Unit is not operating.
