MANUAL OPERATION

7.2 

Manual  Operation (Press)

[Operating  Procedure]

For safety,  Hold  Frame manual operation  is performed only with  both hands 

simultaneously.

(1) 

Select the Primary Status  (Press  1/2 Page) screen

Turn ON “Use” and “Servo” o f the desired Press 

Module.

Select one o f the operation modes  (CL, ADS,

MOLD or ORG) by pressing the select button  1  of 

the Press desired to be operated manually.  (Each 

time the mode select button is pressed, the displayed 

item will change in the following order:

For example, when the “CL” button is lit, upward/ 

downward movement o f the Press  (clamp) is 

selected.

CL:

Manual operation o f adsorption

MOLD: 

Manual molding

ORG: 

Return to Origin o f Press

(4) 

Carry out operation  according to the procedures in “jgtYl” - “7.2.2” as appropriate for 

the selected movement.

Conditions for Operation
