6 USE
6.1
OPERATOR QUALIFICATION
The use of the machine must be performed by qualified personnel. The machine is intended for use by a single user at a time, which must
have received adequate information and training.
6.2
WORKPLACE AND MACHINE ELEMENTS
In the starting phase the operator occupies the front part with respect to the machine. This position could be changed according to the
processes in place.

The power cord of the electrical energy must be adequately protected and should not cause hindrance to the operator.
Do not insert hands or objects between the moving parts. Danger of cutting and / or crushing
To obtain a good binding is appropriate that the pusher is kept clean.
Do not use the machine near a water supply.
Do not spill water or on the machine or on the power cord or the power outlet.
Do not use the machine if the power cord is damaged.
Do not leave the power cable in contact with a hot surface.
Connect the foot pedal on the right side of the machine by means of the socket “jack.”
NB : The machine works without pedal.
Turn the machine power at the main switch A on the right side of MEGASTAR. Lights up, the yellow light D.
If red light 4 turns on, it means:
1) the engine is in position 0: press the REVERSE 4
2) the housing 15 is positioned badly: cut the power and check the positioning and fixation of the cover.

Manual test: Press the button PUNCH D, punches make a loop.
Function test with the pedal: Pressing the FOOT SWITCH-B, 3 green light comes on. Then press the pedal 20 located on the ground.
Once attivatone operation (green LED on), the pedal is always active. To turn off the pedal, press the button D or PUNCH-FOOT SWITCH
B. The green light goes off.
NB: Any failure, power failure, opening the hood, jammed motor, micro interruption, etc.. turns off the pedal.
If a problem occurs during the cycle, the red light comes on. To call into the operating position, hold down the REVERSE button C until
you turn on the yellow light D.
