SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
3.1
SAFETY CRITERIAS
In the design and construction of this machine were adopted criteria and suitable measures to meet the essential safety requirements of
the Machinery Directive and the Low Voltage and EMC Directives. (see declaration of conformity).
The careful analysis of the risk analysis carried out by the manufacturer has eliminated most of the risks connected with the use of the
machine, which is provided for reasonably foreseeable.
Full documentation of the measures taken for safety is contained in the Technical File of the machine, deposited with the manufacturer.
The manufacturer recommends to strictly follow the instructions, procedures and warnings contained in this manual and the applicable
safety legislation in the workplace, even if you use protective devices provided, either integrated in the machine that individual.
3.2 PROTECTIONS

During some procedures of intervention on the machine from time to time reported in this manual, there are residual risks for the operator.
These risks can be eliminated by carefully following the rules set out in this guide and by adopting the personal protective equipment listed.
The power cord should be located and protected so that it can not be walked on.
Maintenance operations can be performed only by service technicians authorized by the manufacturer.
3.3
QUALIFICATION OF PERSONNEL
See the relevant section the definition of qualified personnel.
At different stages of the life cycle personnel must possess appropriate professional experience in operations to which is assigned by the
manager. As a reminder, see the following table.

3.4 NOISE
Data on the noise produced by a machine identical to that shown in this manual, as measured according to the instructions of the
“Machinery Directive” (98/37/EEC), Annex I point 1.7.4. letter F
The level of acoustic pressure measured weighted sound level meter with a Class 1 operator in place in front of the machine operating at
its maximum speed is less than 70 dB (A).
