use UART mode, or sometimes the data of the baud rate from the controller is not recognized. To avoid such
situation, when UART mode is utilized, the controller should determine a time-out period where the time is
expected to receive an echo-back “0x86” from the target board. If it fails to obtain that echo-back before the
time-out, the controller should consider that the communication is disabled.
