Basic Calling

Conference Calls

Strata DK PC Attendant Console 5/00

Adding a CO Line to Create a Conference Call

1. While on a call,

select the

Conf/

Trns

button.

The current call is place on hold. You hear internal
dial tone. If connected to two CO Lines, both display
in the Loop box.

2. Enter the number to

dial. Select the line or
group to use for the
call if an access code
was not entered as
part of the number.

The Conference/Transfer dialog box provides an entry
for dialing, choosing a line, entering account codes or
toll restriction override codes if needed.

3. Select the

Dial

button. If you do not
receive an answer,
select the

Return

button.

Listen for a busy or no answer so that you can return
to the original connection.

4. Select the

Join

button after the party
answers.

All parties are conferenced.
