Software Installation

Strata CIX ACD Software

The Toshiba ACD CD-ROM contains the minimum software to run the Toshiba ACD application to
enable the customer to start using Toshiba ACD. However, please check Toshiba FYI to download
the latest software if available. In addition, optional software such as MIS reporting package, Call
Router, and Web callback/Chat are available on Toshiba FYI but not on the CD-ROM. If the
optional license is purchased, download the software from FYI to install.

Important!

Do not use the CD-ROM to install the software for the Media Application Server.

Please download the appropriate software from FYI.

1.

Insert the Toshiba ACD CD-
ROM in the CD/DVD drive of
the PC.

2. Install the following software

one by one in the order listed
below. Please follow the
instruction on the screen of
each installer.

•

Toshiba Net Server

•

Toshiba ACD

•

Toshiba Voice Assistant

3. Insert Dialogic Driver CD to

the CD drive of the PC

4. If the following screen does

not appear automatically, run
autorun.exe. Select “Install
System Release Software”
and follow the instruction to
complete the installation.
