Click the title of the news item you want to modify.

The edit/entry screen for this news item appears.

Deleting a news item

To delete an existing news item, open the Administration Web site, select the

tab, then select

News

Click the title of the news item you want to delete.

A screen listing all current news items appears.

Delete

A confirmation box appears.

The news item is deleted.

Managing events

Your preinstalled intranet has a button or link called

Upcoming Events

(or just

Events

for some styles). You can add, remove, and modify events on this page of your intranet.

Start by going to the

Events

page under the

Intranet

tab of the Magnia SG20
