Updating an appointment 

To update an appointment:

1. From the 

Home Screen

, select 

Start

 > 

Calendar

.

2.  Select the required appointment.
3. Select 

Menu

 > 

Edit

.

4.  If the appointment is recurring, select 

All

 to 

edit all occurrences, or select 

One

 to edit only 

the next occurrence.

5.  Update the appointment details, then press 

Done

.

Deleting an appointment 

To delete an appointment:

1. From the 

Home Screen

, select 

Start

 > 

Calendar

.

2.  Scroll to the required appointment, then 

select 

Menu

 > 

Delete Appointment

.

3.  If the appointment is not recurring, press 

Yes

 

to confirm the deletion.

If the appointment is recurring, select 

All

 to 

delete all occurrences, or select 

One

 to 

delete only the next occurrence.

Changing the default reminder time 

By default, the reminder time is set to 15 minutes 

before an appointment.
To change the default reminder time:

1. From the 

Home Screen

3. In the 

Set reminders:

 field, select a new 

reminder time.

Changing the work week display
