Introduction
Recording
Recorded images are not
saved in FTP server.
Pre-/Pos-Alarm recording
files are not sent to the
FTP server.
Problem cannot be
solved.
●FTP recording
function is not set to
ON.
●Log-in name and
password of FTP
server are incorrect.
●Could not keep the
communication with
the server during file
transfer using FTP.
●Pre-Alarm Recording
data is the data
before alarm has
generated.
Therefore, its data
sending order is not
necessarily in order.
●Check your SMTP and POP3 ●
Check the FTP recording function
whether it is set to ON. (→ page
55)
●Set the correct information in the
setting screen. (→ page 55)
●The network camera watches the
status of the FTP server all the
time. If you leave that condition for
approximately 5 minutes, the
recording resumes.
●Setting storage function to ON
(see page 61) stores record files,
which could not be sent, in the SD
memory card inside the network
camera. All records that have
been stored will be sent as soon
as the line restored.
●Pre-Alarm Recording images will
be sent after all the Post-Alarm
Recording images are sent. Please
wait for a while when Post-Alarm
Recording images are not arrived.
Also, depending on the conditions
of your server, networking, image
size and/or image quality settings,
numbers of sent images may
become fewer than your
expectation.
●Press the Reset button to restore
camera firmware settings to
default condition.
<Resetting camera setting
information to initial status>
1 Connect the camera and a hub
with the power turned on using a
LAN cable.
2 Connect power cable to the
camera and outlet.
3 Wait about one minute.
4 Keep pressing the Reset button
on the camera 5 to 10 seconds.
5 Wait about one minute.
Reset as soon as the camera
reboots. See page 25 for
initializing the network and other
devices.
Please contact the store at which
purchase was made.
