Camera/Alarm Settings
External alarms and motion sensors can be set. Connecting a sensor or other
device to the alarm input terminal (see page 99) notifies an alarm condition
when the sensor detects trouble. For example, mounting a sensor on a door
notifies an alarm condition each time the door is opened or closed. By setting
the motion sensor to activate, an alarm condition is notified by detecting a
change in the image.

Click "Camera Settings" on the Admin. Menu.
・ A sub menu for Camera Settings will appear.

Click "2. Alarm" in the sub menu.
・ The "Camera - Alarm Settings" screen will appear.

Configure each setting items.
・ Click the Save button to save settings.
・ The settings will not be reflected unless the Save button is clicked.
Camera/Basic Settings, Frame Rate
Set a frame rate (transfer rate, frames/s) of image data delivered to the network.

Click "Camera Settings" on the Administrator Setup
menu.
・ A sub menu for Camera Settings will appear.

Click "1. General" in the sub menu.
・ The "Camera - Basic Settings, Frame Rate" screen will appear.

・ Choose "Frame Rate" in the pull-down menu.
30, 15, 7.5, 3, 2, 1, 1/2, 1/5 or 1/10 frame/s
・ Click the Save button to save settings.
・ The settings will not be reflected unless the Save button is
clicked.
NOTE
●
This setting sets the number of JPEG images the network camera delivers
in one second. Set in accordance with the network bandwidth and size of
JPEG images to be delivered.
●
One image is delivered every 2 seconds in 1/2, one image every 5 seconds
in 1/5 and one image every 10 seconds in 1/l0.
●
Fewer images than a set frame rate are sometimes sent depending on the
image size and network condition.
●
Setting the delivery image size to 1280 x 960 sets the frame rate to 7.5
frames/second maximum.
