Private Print Jobs

The Private Print Jobs function is ideal for printing confidential documents.
Private Print is like Hold Print, with the addition of password protecting a file
held in the e-STUDIO.

From the

Basic tab

, click the

Print Job

drop down arrow.

Click

Private Print

Set any other desired print

options and click

In the pop-up window, enter a

password and click

to close the

pop-up window.

Click

Print

on the next window

to send your file to the printer.

At the e-STUDIO MFP

press the

Print

button on the

HOME

screen.

Tap

Private

from the

Job Type

drop-down menu

Select your username
