Camcorder Settings
Settings Menu
Format
The options in the format menu are:
Yes : Format the built-in memory (When there is no SD™ Card in
the camcorder), or SD™ Card (When there is an SD™ Card in the
camcorder).
No : Do not format the built-in memory (When there is no SD™
Card in the camcorder), or SD™ Card (When there is an SD™ card
inserted into the camcorder).
All data will be erased if the SD
™
card is formatted. Make sure all
data is copied to your computer or other media before formatting the
SD
™ Card.
Operation Screen
1 In the Setting submenu, touch Format on
the screen to go to the format confirmation
screen.
2 Touch Yes to perform the operation and
No to cancel the operation.
