Removing the interface card

Follow these steps to remove the interface card:

1. Disconnect all power from the 4610.

2. Place the printer unit on one side.

3. Press to release the latch and pivot the interface card to remove it.

4. If necessary for the intended procedure, remove the paper from the printer.

To replace the interface card, refer to "Installing the interface card" in the

SureMark

Printers: User's Guide for Models 1NR, 1NA, and 1ND

, G362-0564.

After replacing the interface card, see “Storing a new serial number in the firmware
after a logic or interface card change” on page 48).
