Safety instructions applied on compilation of this Manual.
The Manual has been worked out in accordance with:
- “The Counsil Directives 89/392/EEC, 91/368/EEC, 93/44/EEC and 93/68/EEC“
- The Standarts of European Union „ČSN EN 242 - 1 and ČSN EN 242 - 2“.
The complex of EU Standards is mentioned in Chapter 1, part “Conception version of safety devices on SUA 125
NUMERIC centre lathe with CNC control in accordance with EU Standard“. In this part there are a rest of EU Standards.
Illustration of used symbols.
The symbols used in this Manual are in accordance with ČSN ISO 7000 Standard.
Language versions.
The Manual for „The SUA 125 NUMERIC Universal Centre Lathe“ has been worked out in the following language
versions: English.
The part of Manual concerning safety of work and service will be translated to the user’s mother tongue by our society on
business contract.
Qualification for application of Manual.
The Manual is intended for the operator and maintenance of lathe.
The user has to follow the instructions concerning the service or maintenance of lathe in the sphere of qualification in this
branch. It is necessary to have a general knowledge of hygienic and ecological operation of machine devices.
Declaration of contens.
This Manual contains all necessary data for operation, service and maintenance of “The SUA 125 NUMERIC Universal
Centre Lathe“. The operator and maintenance workers should follow the instructions in this Manual for safe operation of
this machine.
