Note:

Before grinding a cutting unit, ensure that all the cutting unit components

are in good condition. Depending on the type of grinder used, damaged cutting
unit components can affect grinding results.

Note:

When grinding, be careful to not overheat the cutting unit blades. Remove

small amounts of material with each pass of the grinder.

1. Follow the reel grinder manufacturer’s instructions to grind the cutting unit

to Toro specifications; refer to the

Reel Grinding Specifications Table (page

7–34)
