Mounting:

The groomer is mounted to the cutting unit side plates.

Grooming reel construction:

6 cm (2.375 inches) diameter, 41 steel blades

with 1/2 inch blade spacing. Blade spacing can be adjusted to 1/4 inch or 3/4 inch
by altering the number and position of blade spacers on the groomer. Grooming
reel is available with either steel or carbide tipped blades. The groomer brush
can be installed in place of grooming reel.

Groomer height setting:

From 0.8 to 15.7 mm (0.030 to 0.620 inch) at mowing

HOC range of 1.5 to 19.1 mm (0.060 to 0.750 inch).

Width-of-groomer:

49.2 cm (19.380 inches).

Height adjustment knob:

Allows a 0.08 mm (0.003 inch) increment of height

adjustment for each click of the adjuster.

Up-down feature:

Allows grooming reel to be raised above the height/depth

adjustment for no grooming reel action while mowing.

Groomer drive:

Both forward rotating and counter rotating groomer drive

systems are available for the eFlex 1800 and 2100. The groomer drive assembly
is attached to the right side of the cutting unit.
