4.2.6. High pressure unit
Danger !
The operator must be aware of the existing danger at the tip of the tool, if the high
pressure drilling system is operating at high pressure.
The ”thread” of oil is very fine and barely visible. If a hand passes near the outlet
of the drill bit, the part exposed will be pierced through.
=> Oil in the blood is a very serious consequence and could lead to death.

The user must carefully read and strictly follow the safety instructions for the high
pressure drilling system.

Caution !
Do not start the high pressure pump if the pipe is not connected correctly to the
tool and if the guards have not been closed.
Observe the tool supplier's instructions.
Observe the values concerning pressure and output.
Check the level of the cutting liquid.
Attention !
All 5-m pipes connecting the HP drilling device to the machine should be serviced
carefully.
Ensure their mechanical protection in order to avoid all crushing, bending or
knocks.
