Resect the radial head with an oscillating saw (fig. 41).
From lateral to medial.

With the appropriate size bell saw, cut the ulna. The cut is
completed when the collar of the saw sits on the lateral ring
(fig. 42). Ensure the ulnar nerve is protected.
