1) SMS Tracking Time:
0: GPRS tracking mode
1: No GPRS tracking mode
2 ~ 65535: SMS tracking mode
11.15 SIM Card Credit Checking
FORWARD, Current PIN , Service Center Number , SIM Card Credit Checking Command #
