INSTRUCTIONS
Electric Metal Cutting Nibbler
Thanks for purchasing our heavy duty metal cutting nibbler. This machine is for cutting
most forms of metal sheeting, nonferrous metal sheet & other similar sheeting with a
thickness of 4.0mm or less. Please read & understand these instructions & keep in a
safe place.
WARNING: Please read these instruction before you use this tool!
It's possible you can be injured if you don't read & understand all instructions below.
Remove the plug from the power supply before any maintenance is carried out.
Check the voltage on the name plate is the same as your power supply.
Make sure the switch is in the off position before connecting to mains power.
Do not exceed the maximum cut capacity of this tool.
Only use this tool in applications as described in the instructions.
Make sure the unit is at full speed before you start cutting the material.
It is recommended to use some cut lubrication on some materials.
Children should not use this machine.
Note:
1. Please make sure that all screws are tight on the machine before you operate the
nibbler & always have the auxiliary handle fitted to the machine.
2. Children are advised not to use this machine due to the heavy weight & to avoid any
possible accidents.

The material being cut should be clamped to a worktable. Push the switch lever
forward & the nibbler blade will start to run, you can then start to cut the material,
make sure the nibbler is kept at a level angle to the work-piece for the best cutting
performance.
4. Make sure the nibbler is only rested on the cutting sheet when you are cutting the
material. Otherwise the blade & holder may be damaged.

Replacement Instructions(Refer picture 3 & 4):
Replacement of dowm-blade block: Loosen two inner hexangular screws(12)
slowly with hex wrech(5mm) and replace with repaired down-blade block or
new down-blade block(10), then tighten two screw(12) .
Replacement of cuttin blade: Loosen two inner hexangular screws(11) slowly
with hex wrench(5mm) and take down upblade block(9), then release screw
sleeve with screw sleeve wrench and pull piston sleeve(6), release old cutting
blade(4) on piston sleeve and replace with repaired cutting blade or new
cutting blade, then reinstall to tighten any screws.

power source and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool.
Carrying power tools with
your finger on the switch or energising power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
d)
Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on.
A wrench or akey
left attached to a rotating part of the power
tool
may result in personal injury.
e)
Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
This enables bettercontrol

tool
in unexpected situations.
f)
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing andgloves
away from moving parts.
Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be caught inmoving parts.
g)
If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection acilities, ensure
these are connected and properly used.
Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
4)
Power tool use and care
a)
Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application.
Thecorrect

tool
will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
b)
Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off.
Any power
tool
that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
d)
Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons
unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool.
Power
tools
are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
e)
Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power tools
operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use.

caused by poorly maintained power

Keep cutting tools sharp and clean.
Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp
cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.

Service

This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.
