Apply a coat of oil to the piston .

15.

Insert the piston with the concave side

pointing upwards into the threaded end of
the cylinder.

16.

Prepare the bench vice with the air piston
spacer (1).

17.

Place the cylinder on the piston spacer and
tighten the vice securely. Do not over tighten
the vice or the cylinder can be damaged.

IMPORTANT: Make sure the cylinder stays lock
in place over the air piston spacer through to
step 26 to ensure the air chamber will be correct
size.
