13.Slide the o-ring housing into place.

CVT Spring Preload

Preloading the Spring

Spin the move plate back and forth. The
move plate should move freely and there
should be no tension on the spring.

After CVT has been assembled make a mark
to note the position of the holes in the outer
guide relative to the holes in the move
plate.

Using TM50130 rotate the move plate
counter clockwise two more holes than the

one marked, this will preload the spring
inside.
