Once belt is on the rim of the plate rotate

the Engine CVT (1) (counter clock-wise) with
your right hand and pull the belt off the
Transmission CVT.

If belt is too tight to pull over the rim, push down in the center of the belt
until the belt sinks deeper in between the CVT plates. This will give the
belt more slack and make it easier to remove.

Belt Inspection

Width of belt:

Standard (new) - 35mm (1.36 in.)

Service limits - 33.5mm (1.30 in.)

Belt should not be dry, cracked, or

otherwise damaged.
