Set up the shift drum with the forks attached to
the long CVT shaft reverse gear, and the large
selector gear to be installed as one unit, as it was
pulled out of the case.

the long CVT shaft reverse gear, and the large
selector gear to be installed as one unit, as it was
pulled out of the case.
Set into the case and verify that all gears and
shafts are seated into the case properly.
Install the reverse gear assembly complete with
bearing, snap ring, bearing rolls, and spacer onto
the reverse shaft as shown. The beveled teeth on
both reverse gears are designed to face each
other.
Install the special washer onto the secondary
shaft.
Mount the large high gear cog onto the
secondary shaft. Next place the heavy steel
washer on top of the high gear cog.
