Using a 5mm Hex Key, remove the differential 
locking assembly located on top of the long 
output shaft housing. 

Using a 5mm Hex Key, remove the differential 
locking assembly located on top of the long 
output shaft housing. 

  
  
  
  
  

  
*Be sure that the roller bushing located under 
the Lock Eccentric Shaft is also removed.  

*Be sure that the roller bushing located under 
the Lock Eccentric Shaft is also removed.  
  
  
  

 

 

Remove the short output shaft housing from the 
right side of the transmission by removing the 6 
bolts retaining it to the case. Some transmissions 
may have a 1mm shim under the shaft housing, 
and it must be used on reassembly. 

 

On the left side transmission case, Remove the 
8mm hex head plug located on the left side 
transmission case, using a 4mm hex key. This 
bolt hole will be used to separate the 

transmission case halves. 

 

Install an M8x30mm bolt into the hole where the 
plug was removed and used to separate the left 
and right case halves.
