The tension block bolts require a copper 
washer on both ends of the bolt.

Insert bolts from the outer side of the final 

drive.

Use two 10mm wrenches to tighten.

NOTE : It is important that the nuts be on the 
inner side of the final drive. 

 

Install lower sprocket 

1.

 

Spread the chain to make room to install the 
lower sprocket. 

 

2.

 

Install the lower sprocket with the shoulder 
facing down.
