Fit the radar to the radar grille at the hinge 

point using M6 x 1.0 x 20mm S/S button head 

bolts (2), M6 x Ø12.5mm S/S flat washers (4) 

and M6 S/S Nyloc nuts (2). Place the head of 

the bolt to the inside.

Secure the radar top mount to the radar 

grille using M6 x 1.0 x 20mm S/S button head 

bolts (2), M6 S/S Spring Washers and M6 x 

Ø12.5mm S/S flat washers (2).

Run a straight edge across the back of the 

radar and ensure it is parallel to the front face 

of the radar grille.

Tighten all fasteners to their respective 

torque settings, listed on page 1.
