For Parameters 13 and 32, the machine off codes are:
• 2: Water tank temp. sensor breakdown
• 3: Evaporator coil temp. sensor breakdown
• 4: Discharge temp. sensor breakdown
• 5: Discharge temp. is too high, switch off the unit
• 11: Anti-frozen finished, switch off the unit
• 12: High-pressure switch cutting
• 13: Meet set temp
• 14: Controller power off
• 19: Water flow switch breakdown
• 20: Defrosting preparation
• 21: Defrosting finish
• 22: Error phase or lack of phase with power supply,
then switch off the machine
• 27: Low-pressure switch cutting
• 22: High-pressure switch cutting during water tank
temp. is high
• 32: High-pressure switch cutting during defrosting
PRESSURE
GAUGE GUIDE
The manometer (gauge) located on the side of the heat
pump measures the pressure of the refrigerant from the
discharge side of the compressor. When the heat pump
is operating, the pressure on the gauge will increase
and stabilise in the yellow section of the gauge with
the maximum value of 42kg/Cm² before over pressure
protection cuts off the heat pump. When the heat pump
is not operating for at least 5 minutes, the pressure gauge
will read the same value as actual ambient temperature
(e.g. 28°C) and related air pressure (e.g. 18kg/ Cm²).
If the heat pump isn’t heating as efficiently, cutting out or
controller displays P9 error, check the gauge when heat
pump has been off for a while, if it reads a temperature
lower than what the ambient temp actually is, then this
indicates a refrigerant leakage and you must consult a
technician.
