Replacing the pulling unit

Loosen the jaw case (Z) using and SW 13 and SW 17 open-end spanner.
Remove the jaw case body (4) from the jaw case (Z) using an SW 17 open-end spanner
and a 1/4Allen key.
When selecting the pulling unit, check that it meets the required specifications
(tool + fastener) – see table on page 16.
Reassemble following the above steps in reverse order.
Remove the battery (7) before beginning any work on the rivet tool.
Loosen the lock nut (2) and remove by pulling it forwards.

Note A degree of play within the pulling unit has been incorporated into the design.
This ensures that the battery-operated tool will always work as required.
