Air pressure in the TigerSaw Miter can be adjusted at the regulators
(below, right). These regulators are located on the right side of the saw
base, under the cover (below, left). Lift up and then out to remove the
cover.
The working air pressure is set by the larger regulator, closest to the
incoming air.
The clamping air pressure is set by the smaller regulator.
Stroke speed affects cut quality and cycle time. The saw stroke speed can be directly
controlled by two knobs located on the left front corner of the saw base.
The lower knob controls the speed of the upstroke. The upper knob controls the speed
of the downstroke.
Turn the knob clockwise to decrease the stroke speed. Turn the knob
counterclockwise to increase the stroke speed.
Once adjusted, tighten the nut to lock the knob’s position.

Ideal stroke speed is as fast as possible while still achieving desired cut
quality.

Cycle time should not change when material is being cut.

Adjust pressures with the black knobs above each regulator:
1. Lift the knob to unlock adjustment.
2. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the set pressure or
counterclockwise to decrease it.
3. Wait for the pressure to adjust.
4. Push the knob down to lock the setting.
• Normal working pressure is 71 psi (5 kg/cm

• Normal clamping pressure is 43 psi (3 kg/cm
2
).
