Operation
Normal use
The door sensor checking board has two working modes, one is door protection mode,
the other is maintenance mode.
In door protection mode, the machine can only work after all doors with door sensors are
closed.
In maintenance mode, you can check or adjust the laser beam path with the top flap, left-
up side door and the laser tube cover open.
When you need to adjust the laser beam path with the doors open, you need to bypass
the all sensors.
How to bypass the door sensor checking board
Press the “Maintenance” button, then the sensor checking board will turn into
maintenance mode, then all door sensors will be bypassed temporarily.
After you checked the laser beam path, press the button again, the board will turn back to
door protection mode again. Then you can continue to work.
4.9 How to use air-assist control (IF EQUIPPED)
The Air-assist control is an additional tool for laser machines.
Generally, cutting needs the air assist with high air-volume but engraving needs the air
assist with low air-volume.
Air-assist control is available in high- and low-volume for engraving and cutting-jobs via
software-setting, this will increase the ease of use of your laser machine.
