Switch off the laser source and remove the translucent material (tape)
from the emission port.
7.2. MPH16-UC Fine Manual Alignment
WARNING
DO NOT adjust the pinhole size using software before performing the laser
alignment. This may damage the motorized pinhole through exposition to
focused laser beam.
You must align the pinhole wheel and the lens to maximize transmitted intensity.
1.
Make sure the Select Pinhole Size in MPH16 Pinhole Control window
is set to the largest pinhole size (2 mm).
2.
Switch on the laser source.
3.
Use progressively smaller pinhole size, and observe the transmitted
beam on the white cardboard / white printer paper.
