58. Fit the Curtain Clamp – Long (S) over the protruding Hammer Head Screws. Fit an M6 Washer (AB) and M6
Domed Nut (AI) on each Hammer Head Screw.
Because of the flexibility of the plastic, it is possible that the holes in the Curtain Clamp do not align perfectly with
all of the Hammerhead Screws at first. If so, fit the curtain clamp over the central hammerhead screw, and secure
lightly with a washer and domed nut. Then, working outwards, adjust the curtains by hand to allow the clamp
holes to fit over the screws. Once the clamp is on, each screw should have a washer and nut. The 2x end-most
Hammer Head Screws will require 2x M6 Washers.
Caution
The domed nuts should not be over tightened. They can be tightened to finger tightness, and then no
more than an additional ¼ turn using the 10mm [0.39”] spanner provided.
The hammerhead screws should remain with their slots aligned vertically before tightening. If the
screws do rotate during assembly and adjustment, rotate them back to vertical using fingers or a
flat—head screw driver before fitting the washer and nut.
