Anslut en CAT5E-kabel (eller högre kvalitet) till RJ45-kontakten på digitalboxen och den andra änden
till en befintlig switch, router eller modem. Standardinställningen är Auto (DHCP) för att automatiskt
erhålla IP-adresser och DNS. Välj Manuell i
Meny – Nätverk – Nätverksinställningar IP setting
för att
ange egna inställningar om det behövs. Om du ställer in manuellt måste du ange en unik IP-adress,
nätmask, gateway och DNS för din digitalbox. Läs i bruksanvisningen för routern eller modemet
för korrekt insallation. Du kan välja Ping-testet för att kontrollera din anslutning, när du utfört
installationen på rätt sätt. Signalling will give momentary status of connection, like cable unplugged,
local network or internet.
3.5 Connecting to digital audio amplifier

Connect one end of a good quality coaxial audio cable to the S/PDIF output of your receiver and the
other end to the coaxial audio input of your home theatre, amplifier or any other device supporting
digital audio.
3.6 Connecting a usb storage device

It is recommended to use USB 2.0 or higher storage devices for recording and
play back of TV programmes or HD movies. *

Timeshift/recording and playback only works properly when a fast USB storage
device such as a USB2.0 HDD is connected to the receiver. Timeshift/recording
and playback of HD content requires a sufficient read/write speed of the used
USB storage device. *
*This user manual describes the full functionality including the recording function and may not be applicable if the software
for recording via USB has not yet been installed.

After all connections have been made properly, switch on your TV and make sure the receiver is
connected to the main power. If you are using the receiver for the first time or have restored to
factory default, the
First
Installation
menu will appear on your TV screen. Press
tu
to select the
OSD
Language
of your preference and press
oK
to confirm. An Info page will be displayed. Read the info
guide and press to proceed to the next
Installation
step. You can open and close the info page
again by pressing the button.
noTE
If German is selected as language, German preset channels from ASTRA 19.2E
will be installed. You can continue with the Installation menu to scan and
install further channels as described below or directly go to viewing mode by
pressing
twice to start enjoying the pre-installed channels immediately.
