Disconnecting vs. Logging Off
To disconnect from a server session:
Select Start > Disconnect on a Windows server or Citrix
MetaFrame
Select File > Disconnect on Citrix WinFrame.
This suspends all open applications.
When you reconnect to the session later by logging on again, your
applications resume. Because disconnected sessions still consume
server resources, most system administrators prefer that you log off.
When you log off, your programs are terminated and the session is
ended. You must restart the programs at the next log on.
Ending Autostart Connections
To end an autostart connection, follow these steps:
1.
Press Ctrl+Alt+End to bring up the Tisio Connection Manager
and select the Configure tab.
2. Select the autostart connection name, click Startup and the
Connection Startup dialog box appears.
3. Select Make the selected connection your Default connection
and click OK.
4. Log off from the session as described above or select the
Connections tab, select the connection name, and click End.
