Maintenance and Cleaning
Gearings can be cleaned with a soft and dry brush.
Check regularly the electric connector. If there is any damaged, immediately proceed to replacement.
Inform Thermo Fisher Scientific service.
Friction disk (Ref. 100421027) can be replaced each time wear
streaks are observed.
Remove the disk and replace by a new one. Never glue it.
The O-ring (Ref. ACC35636) allowing the sealing between the
cover and the sample holder, should be replaced if damaged.
No glue
Window (Ref. 100421014) can be replaced if necessary. Remove
the 24 M3 screws.
Remove the Kapton foil
Remove and clean the O-ring.
It is recommended to change the O-ring each time the window is
replaced.
The 24 M3 screws should be replaced each time the window is replaced.
Crucible (Ref. 100421011-XX) can be replaced by getting aging.
