14. From the left side of the instrument, use a T20 Torxhead screwdriver to remove the three

screws around the 20-pin feedthrough.

15. Remove and replace the 20-pin feedthrough. If necessary, replace the o-ring and make

sure it is properly aligned and free of dust.
