Lens Plate and Springs

To replace the lens plate and springs

1. Shut down your system by following the steps in 

“Shutting Down the TSQ 9000 System” 

on 

page 127

.

2. Remove the analyzer tray from the instrument by following the instructions in 

“Removing the Analyzer Tray from the TSQ 9000 Instrument” 

on 

page 129

.

3. Use a T10 Torxhead screwdriver to disconnect the lens plate and springs from the lens 

heater block.

4. Disconnect the lens 1, lens 2, and lens 3 wires from the source interface board using a 

flat-tipped screwdriver.
