TSQ 9000 Hardware Manual

Thermo Scientific

Sample data are not acquired.

GC is not communicating with the PC.

Autosampler is not communicating with the PC.

Table 4.

Possible Remedies when Sample Data is not Acquired

Make sure the autosampler methods and configuration include starting up and injecting a sample. You should also make sure the sample
has been injected.

Heated zone setpoint is not attained. See

Investigating Temperature Issues

for troubleshooting.

Verify that the TSQ 9000 system’s start mode is set properly.

Make sure the Remote Start cable is properly connected to the GC.

Make sure the End Run Time is set properly in the

TSQ 9000 Instrument Setup

file.

Add more disk space to the computer by backing up and removing files.

Make sure the GC is powered on.

Open the

utility and make sure the GC is properly configured.
