Checking Whether Scan Credits Were Transferred
You may sometimes need to confirm that scan credits that were purchased in
advance of need were transferred to an analyzer.
The Customer Support system tracks which scan credits have been
transferred to analyzers. You can see the status of scan credit transfers in the
Customer Support website.
To check whether scan credits have been transferred to an analyzer

Select
Purchase Scan Credits
in the Admin software. The Customer
Support site opens.

Check the icon that appears in the Sync Status column to determine the
status of the transfer (see the graphic below).
Returning the TruNarc Analyzer for Service
Before returning the analyzer, contact your local distributor or Customer
Support and request a return material authorization (RMA) number.

Clean the analyzer and decontaminate it if necessary. Both safety and
common carrier requirements require all returned analyzers to be clean
and decontaminated.

Package the analyzer securely and write your RMA number on the outside
of the package.

Mail the package to your local distributor or to Customer Support (see

NOTE
Packages that are not identified with an RMA number will be returned to the
shipper unopened.
