2. Protocol
All photometric measurement types can be used with the cuvette on the μDrop and μDrop Duo
Plates.
• Settle delay (Varioskan LUX only):
Use the settle delay with the μDrop and μDrop Duo Plates to let the liquid stabilize in the
cuvette before measurement.
3. Results
All available calculation methods may be used as with normal microplates.

Note
The μDrop and μDrop Duo Plates do not support shaking.
