Replacing the Power Supplies

If the power supplies in your ISQ 7000 instrument get damaged, you can use the illustration 
below to visually locate a power supply and then follow the process to replace it.

Note  

The main power supply system su 5 V, ± 15 V, + 24 V, and + 48 V. The 

± 75 V and ±175 V supplies shown in the power status tab are generated on the lens driver 
board. The power supplies less than 5 V are generated on the PC communication and 
controller interface boards. The ± Q1 voltages are generated on the rod driver board.
