Replacing Components of the Vacuum Interlock

ISQ 7000 Hardware Manual

Thermo Scientific

15. Flip the block over in your hand so that sealing ball and outer ball seal will fall out. Set

them aside or replace them, if necessary.

16. Pry the thin metal clip out of the groove. It holds all of the other components inside the

valve body.

CAUTION INSTRUMENT DAMAGE:

The sealing ball must not be scratched, so be very

careful when handling it and keep it on a clean, lint-free surface.
